VRSNA d.o.o. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE

The general terms of trade apply to buyers whose place of residence is outside the Republic of Croatia. Any adult with legal capacity may become a buyer, who accepts these terms of trade, which they shall confirm by ordering articles. This Shop is not intended to be a B2B (Business to Business) shop, but only for end buyers. If you are a Company and interessted in B2B purchase, please contact us directly at info@vrsna-chocolates.eu for price information and product orders.

Please inform us of any disagreements you may have with the terms, whether in their entirety or in part, in writing before your first order.

Buyers confirm their acceptance of the general terms of trade by ordering articles using a signed order form or by internet.

We shall not be liable for any erroneous statements. In the case of error, the operator's statement shall apply. The price for a unit measure is the final price in EUR (€) for one unit, and includes croatian VAT (25%).

The seller of the products is VRSNA d.o.o., Kobiljačka cesta 73, 10361 Sesvetski Kraljevec, Croatia.

A buyer is any visitor to our site www.vrsna-chocolates.eu who registers and orders at least one product and sends us the requested information, or who orders at least one product using a signed order form from the catalogue or some other source.

All photographs in the Webshop are merely illustrative in nature. www.vrsna-chocolates.eu reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notification.

Ordering

All products offered on our web site may be ordered by internet. The minimum amount of a single order from the webshop is 13.50 € (not including delivery costs).  VRSNA d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all goods that are ordered and paid for that are available at the time of dispatch. If VRSNA d.o.o. is unable to deliver all the products ordered, the buyer will be contacted and a new delivery date, replacement product or cancellation of the order arranged. The remaining products ordered shall be dispatched as ordered. If it is not possible to deliver products that have been ordered and paid for, and no other agreement is reached with the buyer, the money paid will be refunded in full.

Delivery

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product. The cost of delivery shall be borne exclusively by the buyer. For orders above 10 kg and/or 300 € of an order amount, the delivery is free of charge. VRSNA d.o.o. shall not be liable for any problems related to the delivery of the product.

Payment

You can pay for our products in the following ways:

• Cash payment using a paying-in slip.
• Internet banking - when the payment is received we will sent the products to your address.
• PayPal online payment.

Returns

Consumers have the right to terminate a distance contract (internet trade) unilaterally, without giving the reasons, within 14 days.

The buyer has the right to return a product which the buyer did not buy or products which are damaged, and the damage did not occur during transport, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package.

The buyer shall bear the costs incurred for returning the goods. The buyer must inform us of their intention to return the goods in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the goods by e-mail info@vrsna-chocolates.eu.

The costs of return of the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless it was previously agreed otherwise in writing. We shall not be liable for the costs incurred for use that goes beyond these terms of trade. Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed. The producer shall reimburse the full amount paid, no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

If you are not satisfied with our service or the quality of our products, you have the right to complain, pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, Official Gazette, no. 41/2014. Consumers shall be liable for any loss in value of goods resulting from their handling of those goods, except what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of those goods.

It is not possible to return goods if the seal was broken upon receipt, pursuant to Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act. Pursuant to Article 74, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, Official Gazette, no. 41/2014.

Protection of Privacy

The personal data which you provide voluntarily when placing your order will be stored in our records of buyers. We collect your personal data and use them for the purpose of processing orders, sending promotion materials and what is most important: to improve our relationships with customers, to the extent and for the time period needed to fulfil these purposes in each individual case.

By signing the order form, sending an order by internet, ordering by e-mail or by cash payment, you thereby give us permission to process your data for these purposes.

Consent

Buyers agree that the company VRSNA d.o.o. may contact them in writing, by telephone or e-mail, and send materials to their home address to inform them of offers and benefits, and new products. We shall protect your personal data pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Data. We pass on the necessary personal data exclusively if it is needed by business partners to undertake delivery of your order, or in order to address printed advertising materials. You have the right to request corrections, amendments or supplements to incorrect, incomplete or out of date information, and if you no longer wish to receive our materials, written notification by e-mail is sufficient.
