Ruby

Over the past 150 years there have been 3 main categories or types of chocolate available. These were dark, milk and white chocolate. The last on this list, white chocolate, was until recently the youngest type of chocolate, and was developed in the 1930’s. At that time white chocolate was a real sensation because it was a completely different colour than the usual brown chocolate. About 80 years later, in 2017 a fourth type of chocolate came into the world. Using cocoa beans from Brazil, Ecuador and the Ivory Coast, by a special procedure for fermenting the beans the natural colour of the cocoa is preserved, which as a tropical plant is naturally a pinky-red colour. The name Ruby comes from the association between the colour of the gem stone and the colour of the chocolate of the same name. The flavour of the chocolate is specific, with citrus elements. That is to say, cocoa is a fruit which contains elements of the flavours of grapes and lemons, which when blended with the well-known flavour of chocolate produces the unique flavour of Ruby chocolate.

Dalmatiner

Dalmatian dogs, the well-known breed, are represented here in chocolate. Their immediately recognisable shining white coat and black spots have found their place in a combination of dark and white chocolate. The background of white chocolate is combined with dots of dark chocolate, bringing together two world renowned categories of fine chocolate.

Dark & Fruit

Dark&Fruit chocolates are an irresistible combination of fruit and chocolate flavours. This unique series of chocolates, handmade by Vrsna Chocolates, as their name suggests, bring fruit and chocolate together. By pairing fruit chocolate with dark chocolate a stunning combination is created, woven together by the patient blending of two layers of chocolate, by hand, to form these Dark&Fruit chocolate bars.

Origin

The Origin range of chocolates is a special collection of exquisite flavours. These chocolates originate from regions with an equatorial climate, and are characterised by the quality and a fine aroma which is the gift of that climate, land and environment. In our series of products there are chocolates from Ecuador, Cuba, Venezuela and West Africa. Lovers of exquisite aromas will enjoy the flavours that evoke their place of origin.

Mirakul

Mirakul/Miracle chocolate is prepared using a special process. Based on the experience of generations of expert master craftsmen and special preparation, Mirakul chocolate is like no other. This fine and fragrant chocolate is a combination of white chocolate mixed with exquisite caramel, known as “gold” chocolate. By adding specially selected sprinkles and colourful rose and cornflower petals we add to the fine flavour, and through this unusual combination of tastes, we create the unique flavour of Mirakul chocolate.

Sugar-free chocolate

Fine dark chocolate with no added sugar. Its pleasant sweetness comes from an ingredient that is a substitute for sugar, maltitol, and the flavour is created using Bourbon vanilla. It has the flavour of real chocolate – the same flavour, the same texture and the same luxurious feeling as high quality chocolate. This chocolate is ideal for those whose dietary habits and needs involve avoiding sugar.

Our tubes are specially designed to combine our range of chocolates and chocolate truffles. In each set of tubes there are two chocolates, white and dark, with the addition of 8 delicious handmade chocolate truffles. Tubes are ideal corporate gifts, which can, if you wish, be packed with your own ornamentation, logo and messages. Chocolate bark

Chocolate bark is broken pieces of chocolate. Preparing this type of chocolate takes place using a large marble surface, onto which molten chocolate is poured to the desired size, and then a variety of ingredients are scattered over it: nuts and real fruit. The special characteristic of this type of chocolate is that it can be broken into various sizes and you can choose how much chocolate you want.

Chocolate with a Window

A variety of colourful fruits, along with selected herbs and nuts, are what you can see through the “window” to our chocolate bars. All the charms of our special, handmade chocolate can be seen through the transparent cover, and all these chocolates are grouped together under the title “Chocolate with a Window”.
