The Origin range of chocolates is a special collection of exquisite flavours. These chocolates originate from regions with an equatorial climate, and are characterised by the quality and a fine aroma which is the gift of that climate, land and environment.
Ecuador has become a centre for various exciting variants and flavours of cocoa. The use of special techniques in growing, fermenting and drying the cocoa beans used for this chocolate has resulted in incredible sensory characteristics. The flavours of this 70% dark chocolate give the intensive flavour of roast cocoa beans, with a powerful presence of fruit and acidic flavours. There are unexpected hints of rum, whisky and tobacco, making this chocolate very light and balanced.
Ingredients: kcocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring. Min. 71% cocoa solids. May contain traces of milk, gluten, eggs, nuts, peanuts and sesame. Store in a dry and dark place at 14-20°C.
